But she talks back in a gracious way. Tuela is full of adoration and passion. Her ideal home is with an individual, couple or family; Tuela respects kids. She gets along with male cats and small to medium-size cat-friendly dogs. Tuela is 1 year old, has a medium length coat with a tortoiseshell pattern and round eloquent eyes. Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home.
