Sweet, sweet Tori is looking for a home with a gentle touch and lots of love! Tori seems to like people and want to know them but is a bit shy when first meeting them. This wallflower needs some help and encouragement to bloom into the beautiful flower she can be! We found that encouraging words and an outstretched hand helped this little lady open up. We aren't sure how Tori would feel about having another cat in the home, so we recommend a slow introduction to make sure they get along. If you're looking to add another flower to your garden this spring, come meet Tori! Tori, unfortunately, tested positive for FIV, but she doesn't let it slow her down! She will benefit most from a family ready to keep a careful eye on her health and work closely with their veterinarian to keep her in tiptop shape. FIV+ cats can live safely with other cats, as long as there's a long slow introduction. Tori would do perfectly fine as the only cat in the home or as a new addition to an already FIV+ cat owner residence. Ready to welcome this adorable feline into your home? A volunteer or staff member will facilitate the visit and tell you more about the pet you’re visiting.3 - Once you decide that you would like to adopt, head to the main lobby to complete our brief adoption questionnaire and wait to speak with one of our adoption counselors to go over any questions you might have. We'll go over all of the available behavioral and medical history of the pet you want to adopt.4 - Complete your adoption! Most pets can go home the day they are adopted, but some must be picked up one or two days later after their spay/neuter appointment.Notes: 1) Some pets are in foster homes, and that is noted in their bio.
