Hello everyone, my name is Socks! I'm approximately two years old, and I'm a beautiful female Tuxedo kitty! I came to the shelter to be quarantined because I got into a little bit of trouble, but let me explain. You see, I didn't have a home of my own--people in the neighborhood cared for me. I wondered into someone's house and jumped on their bed, because it looked very comfy and cozy! They tried to move me, but it scared me and so I bit out of fear. But please don't hold that against me because I'm actually a very friendly cat! And now I'm in need of a forever home. I enjoy getting visitors to my kennel, and I love to be petted and shown lots of attention. I will need to be an indoor-only cat, as it's much safer for me to be inside with my person. Before I go home with you, I will be spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. I want nothing more than to finally have my very own person who will love and protect me. Can you give me a FOREVER home?
