Oh hi, I'm Slim Jim. I'm a shy guy but very affectionate. I will drool when happy and I like to hold your hand in my paws when I know I'm safe.My person moved into a care facility and could not take me so I was abandoned outside. When it's quiet and it's just you and I, I like to lay on your chest/stomach and drool and nap.I had a dental in February with a few teeth removed.My estimated birth date is 1/1/2018.Adoption processYou can find out more about our adoption process on our website at: https://animalaidpdx.org/adoption-policies-fees-faqs/. We do not do same-day adoptions and have an application process. You are welcome to come into our shelter to visit the cats during our regular business hours before or after turning in an application.Shelter locationWe are open for visitors Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM.
