Hi, I’m Sitka. I’m quizzical, curious, and watchful. I like to take in all the action before I become a part of it. I’m more of the analytical type. I can be hand shy and need a patient approach to build trust before I let you pet me. It’s not that I don’t like being pet, I’m just the kind of girl that wants to get to know you first. I’m told I have the most gorgeous, silky black and white fur. If you hear my rumbly purr, you’ll know you’re a very special person! My all-time favorite toys are pipe cleaners, but I won’t turn down a good laser pointer chase either. When I’m not playing or observing I enjoy a good cuddle with my brother, Arroyo. Sitka is bonded with her brother Arroyo, who helps her be confident. Both Arroyo and Sitka would do best in a quieter home without young children where they can become comfortable at their own pace. Vet checks are required and pets must be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Current cats must be FIV/FELV tested. Typical turn around time is 3-5 days MAXIMUM for a response, typically within 24 hours. Adoption donation is $135 each cats/kitten which includes exam, up to date vaccines, fiv/felv testing, deworming, flea/tick topical, spay/neuter and microchipping. Spay and Neuter is set up at 5-6 months of age. If pet is older that 5-6 months they will be altered prior to adoption. Adoption donation is $400-$500 for dogs/puppies which includes exam, up to date vaccines, heartworm testing if age appropriate, deworming, flea/tick topical, spay/neuter and microchipping.
