Meet our sweet girl, "Shelly". Shelly is about 8 months old. She is gray with beautiful white markings. Look at her "wild" whiskers! Aren't they something? Shelly is a little shy girl. Although shy at first, Shelly has that kitten spirit and she is very playful. With a little time, she will be a super nice family kitty. Shelly also likes other cats.In Shelly's new home, children must be 6 years old or older. Shelly is spayed, her shots are up to date and she tested negative for feline leukemia/aids.To adopt from us, you MUST have a veterinarian reference in your own name. We will not place any animal without a veterinarian reference. We get a veterinarian reference from your veterinarian which is a history of medical care administered by your veterinarian to your present or previous pet or pets. Please do not contact us if you cannot abide by our adoption rules.The adoption fee for Shelly is $235.00. By giving them permission for Rose Hope Animal Refuge to speak to us we can proceed with the adoption process. You MUST have a veterinarian reference to adopt. When we check a veterinarian reference on your current or past pets, we are looking for a vaccine history, spay/neuter and if you have followed through with veterinarian recommendations for your pet(s). All pets must be up to date on vaccines and spayed or neutered. For adoption of DOGS you must own your own home. Please do not apply if you live in a condo. We choose the home that best suits the pet. We reserve the right to refuse an adoption. Some of our animals have been through some kind of trauma in their short lives.
