Shadow is an active and playful one year old neutered male who was surrendered to the shelter by a local vet. He's a nice cat with a lot of energy who adjusted to the shelter quickly and enjoys the company of people. He's a talker! He loves to greet our staff and volunteers whenever we pass by his cage and is always happy to be pet, even if he does get a little overstimulated sometimes. Shadow has a tendency to fixate on things, especially things outside the window, and may redirect his energy if you try to pet or grab him without warning while he's focused. Just make sure to get his attention before you touch him so that you don't catch him off guard! Shadow would do well in a cat-savvy home that wants an active and playful boy to brighten up their day.
