I’m Scout and part of the “Girl Scout Cookie Crew”. I got my name because at 5 weeks old, I was the most adventurous one when we first came to our foster home. In fact, I wanted to explore rather than be confined and was able to find my way out of the enclosure very quickly! I am a really friendly boy who likes other cats, dogs, young children and of course my humans. I’m playful, a great bug catcher and will certainly tell you about my day in my squeaky kitty voice. I have excellent manners and am willing to take my turn when eating and use both a covered and uncovered litter box. My favorite place to sleep at night is on a bed with a fuzzy blanket that I can nuzzle. If you think I’m perfect, please contact the rescue to come and meet me. ##1784506##Adoption processAll our cats and kittens are adopted after an approved submitted application. If approved, the animal is delivered personally and a home inspection is performed. We charge a $140 adoption fee for kittens and $110 adoption fee for adult cats, and $60 for senior cats which includes: spay/neuter, microchip, combo test and age appropriate vaccinations. Transport is also free but we do ask for a donation if over 30 miles. Future contact information of the adopter must also be given. Periodic check ins for the first year are sometimes an option.Shelter locationAdoption events are held at Petsmart in Corvallis, Oregon. Events will be posted on our website, www.keithaskittierescue.org, and our Facebook page as well as advertised through partners. All our cats can be seen via a pre-arranged "meet & greet" at anytime.
