Meet Penelope!Born March, 2024Penelope may be small, but she has a big personality. She is mellow and a bit shy at first. Once she’s comfortable, you will see she’s not afraid to tell you when she’s done with being petted. This fiesty little kitten is really so much fun. She enjoys, running up and down the cat tree at her foster home. Fuzzy mice, springs, and wand toys will get a lot of use with Penelope. To pre-adopt Penelope complete our adoption application here-https://www.tenderlovingcats.org/adoption-application.htmlTender Loving Cats does not adopt out Kittens under the age of 12 weeks old, to go home without another kitten or prior to spay/neuter. After the application is approved, you can meet her in her Foster’s home.Adoption processhttps://www.tenderlovingcats.org/adoption-policies-and-procedures.htmlShelter locationTender Loving Cats is a foster based rescue, we require that you apply and be an approved applicant before meeting the cat/kitten(s) in foster homes. We also have some of our cat/kitten(s) currently up for adoption that you can meet at our PetSmart Charities Adoption Centers located at 1208 Deer Park Ave, N. Babylon, NY & 535 Montauk Hwy, W. Babylon, NY. We have volunteers there Mon-Sat 9-11am & 6-8pm Sunday 9-11am & 4-6pm. The location of each cat/kitten is written in their description on PetFinder. At this time, potential adopters can meet our adoptable cat/kitten(s) at our PetSmart Adoption Center locations by appointment ONLY.
