Oakley is a dogcentric cat. He likes people but be really, really loves dogs. He will need a dog best friend who allows him to be as needy as he is. He’ll rub up on his dog friends for 30 minutes at a time and won’t take no for an answer. He has excellent energy and will sprint around in the wee hours of the morning, squeaking to himself in glee. He is shy initially and will need a patient home who allows him to adjust on his own terms. He also does great with other cats.Adoption processAdoptions can be completed at our Fort Lupton Shelter or at one of our many adoption events that are held every Saturday around the Denver metro area. We are open Monday - Sunday 10am -5pm, no appointment necessary. 2) Weekend adoption events every Saturday.
