He is still decompressing in his foster home and, while he purrs, allows pats, and LOVES scritches, he still hides when anyone comes into his room. When people aren't around, Mick enjoys lounging on perches or in hidey holes. And despite being quite shy, he can’t get enough scritches, particularly along his back and his neck. He’ll push himself into your hand if you’re scritching him, and he’ll headbutt gently when you’re petting his forehead. He purrs like crazy for scritches and pets. No hissing, scratching, or biting.Mick also looooooves to eat. He’ll be looking for his food when he knows it’s getting close to breakfast or dinner time.Mick has benign growths in his ears, which make him more susceptible to ear infections (feline ceruminous cystomatosis). His adopter will want to keep an eye on this and clean his ears regularly. We can advise you how!
