Mia introduced herself to our local middle school by hanging around the band building. She was brought to the shelter and has become a shelter favorite. Mia has a beautiful coat and loves to jump out of her cage to hang out. She doesn't seem to care much for the other cats who come near her to say hi, she hisses at them. She is fairly independent and would do best in a home without little children.Adoption processOur adoption process can take anywhere from a couple of days to a week or more to complete. Adoptions are only considered for State of Texas residents. The first step is to complete the Adoption Application Form at www.lagovistapaws.org click on Adoptions.Shelter locationBy Appointment ONLY. Please call 512-267-XXXX to make an appointment on a weekday or weekend.
