Approx DOB: June 2017 Marcus (ID#20026) came to Furry Friends Network as a stray. It was a really good thing he was found too, as it was discovered shortly after taking him in, that Marcus is deaf. While this does make him a bit unusual, it does not slow him down in the least! Marcus is extremely playful and even wears his foster mom out. He loves chasing wands, any kind will do! When he’s had his fill of playtime, Marcus will grab a bite to eat and then settle down in a cat bed in the sun for a good long nap. He especially enjoys a comfy blanket in the bed with him. Recently Marcus has begun to voice his opinion a bit. When he first came to his foster home, he would open his mouth but no sound would come out. After years of trying, he has finally accomplished a meow that he can be proud of! Due to Marcus’s condition, he would do best in a home with a seasoned cat lover and where there are no small children. Marcus enjoys being with other cats and would do well with a younger kitty whom he could play with. All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax).
