Lily and Robin are both good-natured, cheerful kittens with super-loud purrs. They love wrestling and then curling up for naps together. Even when they are playing independently, they are always checking in on each other. They are both extroverts who get along well with everyone, humans and other cats. Lily is one special kitty! Aren't they all!?No, seriously. If you've met Lily Aldrin, you've seen she has an extra pep in her step. Born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), Lily is a little wobbly and doesn't always have control of her movements. Does that slow her down? NO! Why would it? When she makes up her mind to do something, like climb the tall shelves, she will do it even if it takes her a little bit longer. She is also always the first in line at meal times. Lily might actually be a bat. She looks like a bat, she is blind as a bat, and she's really into necks. She has a special talent of finding your legs and standing right by you to get noticed. We like to joke around that she will purposely have you trip over her so you can give her some extra attention and pick her up for cuddles. Her extra special hearing skills also allow her to find whatever door is being opened! Inquisitive and curious, Lily is pure joy. She is the most loving kitten, and likes to keep you company while you are working. Her most favorite thing is to nuzzle up and give smooches. Her best friend Robin Scherbatsky is not far behind. While Lily stays low to the ground you can find Robin exploring the highest places and whatever drawer or cabinet she figures out can open. Robin is very athletic and very curious. She wants to be involved in every single thing that's going on. She loves mousy toys, and zooming around the house so fast it looks like she's flying. The leader of the duo, chatty Robin is determined to get where she is going even if it means just camping out in a fancy medicine drawer. Once she's done exploring, expect this little lady to show you her flirty ways by circling you, asking for pets. She'll give you chirps of approval! Like her sister, Robin is also great at cuddling and when she's ready for a break she will jump onto your lap to get her pets. Both Lily and Robin are affectionate and endearing personalities. Ideally, they would find a home together since we all know that two is better than one! Sometimes adopting a bonded pair can be a little difficult but we know that good things take time. We hope that their adopter is not too far away from falling in love with the pair. Adopting a special needs cat can sometimes come with some extra work. Lily makes it very easy for you to figure her habits are.
