Meet Leo, a very distinguished 6 year old male tuxedo cat. Leo looks very dapper with his black mustache and his pattern makes it look like he's actually wearing a tuxedo. He was found living in an abandoned apartment (with several other cats) after his owners moved out and left all the cats behind :( He has the cutest chirp and meow to say hello. Leo also likes to give you little kisses to show he is happy. Leo is a big boy..topping the scales at close to 17 pounds. So while Leo loves treats (the amount that he gets may need to be monitored). Leo is ready to live his best life as he moves toward his senior years. We feel he would do best in an adult or older kid home. He is currently living with cats but does not enjoy having them get in his space. Therefore it may be best that he is the only cat or if there is another cat in the home that is very laid back. Cats are negative for FelV/FIV, receive age-appropriate vaccines and deworming, are spayed/neutered and are microchipped (free lifetime registration with adoption). All of our pets go home with a "Go Home Goody Bag" that includes a starter supply of food, treats, toys, and a voucher for a free month of pet insurance from Trupanion. Location: Bolton, CTAdoption Fee: $250##1950084##Adoption processAdoptions need to complete our adoption application and once received, our Adoption Counselor will call you to discuss your application to get to know you and your family. We will conduct a home visit and call your vet for a reference. Once you application is approved, you are able to meet the animal (s) you are interested in. If it's a match, you will need to sign an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.Shelter locationWe are a foster-based organization and do not have a brick and mortar building. Once your application is approved, we will schedule a mutually agreeable time for you to meet the animal (s) you are interested in.
