Hello, my name is Kira! My sister, Gigi, and I were brought into a vet clinic after being found abandoned. The rescue took us in a now a year later we are still her. I am a super sweet girl that loves to curl up in my foster mom’s lap. I am really shy and will require a lot of patience as I become accustomed to my new home, but the love I have to give is real. I am very independent and do my own thing, but I would love a place to to call home and family to love me. I am up to date on all my vaccines and I have been spayed. I get along well with the other dogs and cats that are in my foster home. If you have any questions or are interested please fill out an application or submit an inquiry!Adoption processOur adoption fees vary, but whatever cost is listed includes full transport up to the forever home. All cats and dogs are fully vaccinated, altered, microchipped and come with a valid Health Certificate. We oversee all their medical requirements and make sure that all of our rescue are perfectly healthy.Shelter locationWe are in Lytle, TX, so a meet and greet is probably not possible. However, we like to use videos and pictures to really help potential adopters get a sense of our adoptable animals' personalities. Plus, once approved for adoption, we set up virtual meet and greets to help you find your perfect match. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Texas is in a crisis with an overpopulation of animals in the shelters and no homes available. We are heartbroken each day with the many animals found roaming the streets. Many never even had a home to begin with or were dumped. We do our best to educate the public on ways to help with this crisis but for the animals that we rescue, their best chance is a home that is out of state. Every animal deserves a chance and sometimes that means that their forever homes are not local and we are here to help them get where they need to go.
