Wanna get lucky? Yes, indeed! Black kitties are lucky! I'm Kenneth, a cute black kitten who was found in SE Rochester. I'm a bit of a scaredy cat when I'm in new situations, and it takes me a while to get used to new places and different people. Being cooped up is not fun either. When I'm feeling frightened, I climb skyward! I like to get up high, like on top of cages and other places where I feel safer. If you can be patient, however, I will be keener on receiving attention and affection as time goes by. I'm a plucky, adorable kitty kiddo who'll be a good fit for someone who can let me adjust at my own pace. Spend some quality time with Kenneth; maybe luck - and love - will find us both! Adoption fee $150 + microchip fee $30 + taxAdoption processPaws and Claws Humane Society (PCHS) is a non-profit, mostly volunteer organization that rescues and shelters homeless cats and dogs until they can be adopted into their “forever” homes. We want our clients to understand that adopting and animal is a lifetime responsibility and commitment to that animal. All prospective adopters must show (at the time of adoption) a valid drivers license or other acceptable identification to verify their name, address, and age. Adopters must be 18 yrs of age. Children under the age of 12 years old need to be present at time of viewing shelter cats or dogs. After submitting an application, there is generally a processing period of 1-3 days in order to complete all pre-adoption checks and paperwork before an adopter may take possession of the animal.
