Junebug was trapped 10 weeks ago. After being spayed, the rescuer realized Junebug wasn't feral. She's a tiny girl who we estimate to be about 1-2 years old. She's been living in her foster home for 10 weeks and loves to be held and pet. Her playful nature makes her a delight for any home!Junebug can be shy at first, but warms up quickly, claiming her human(s) as her very own! Because of her recent experiences outside, Junebug would best suited to a home occupied by just her and her humans as she is afraid of other animals. January 29, 2024, 4:12 pmAdoption processOur adoption process starts with the applicant filling out an adoption application for the pet they are interested in. When they have completed and submitted the application, the screening process is started, which consists of a vet check, phone interview and home visit. Once all the steps are completed, we determine, by our findings, if they are approved, and if so, then they are allowed to adopt from our organization. The final step is they must complete the adoption contract, along with the donation for the animal, which goes into our medical fund to defray their medical costs. All of our animals are spayed and neutered, up to date on all their shots, including rabies, they are parasite free and on heartworm preventative.Shelter locationWe have weekly adoption events at PetsMart every Saturday from 11:00 am till 2:00 pm at the Eastgate Square Shopping Center, Rt. 38, Moorestown, NJ and PetsMart, 62 Centerton Rd, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
