Little Junior was found while looking inside a supporters home right before the below freezing temps hit in February 2021. They truly felt he was asking for help. They trapped him and got him into their vet, got him vetting and brought him to their home to recover. He is very timid and might have had a family at one time because he just freezes when people come to pet him but when he allows himself to relax he loves it. He would need lots of patience and time to trust but these types will bond with you like gorilla glue if they you allow them to have time and security with you. Born 2020Adoption processWe require potential adopters to fill out an adoption application. (It doesn't obligate you to anything.) Adoption Fees: All animals have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and the cats have been FeLuk/FIV tested and dogs heartworm tested. - $75/kittens or adopt a pair for $120.00. Adult cats are $65 and dogs $90 Our goal is to make the best possible match for the animal. We are mostly staffed with volunteers, so please, allow time for us to get back with you.Shelter locationHELP Humane is located 17122 Bel Ray Place, Belton, MO 64012, 816-318-HELP Shelter Hours are:Monday CLOSED Tuesday through Friday 1:00pm to 8:00pm. Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 5:00pm. On Saturday's and Sunday's we also have fostered animals available to meet.
