Josephine embarked on a journey from Alabama to Illinois in March 2023 accompanied by her brother George and sister Slick. Known for her adventurous spirit, Josephine enjoys chasing wand toys, especially those with feathers. She communicates her desires through head bumps and chirps to indicate mealtime or playtime to her human companions. Although an independent cat, she happily engages in laser light play sessions and relaxes by observing neighborhood wildlife from her favorite window. Josephines would thrive in a home with a non-aggressive cat companion. This arrangement ensures her socialization and smooth adjustment to a new family. Given her challenging early experiences, Josephine is best suited for a home without young children.
