Jenkins is a beautiful, sweet kitty believed to be about 1 to 2 years old. He was found by a person feeding him at an apartment complex by the busy Galleria mall. He was part of a small colony. She found that he was friendly and wanted inside, so she allowed him inside but then had to move shortly thereafter. He was already sweet to the finder. Initially, this little guy and be shy and scared with his FHS foster, but within a few days, Jenkins took to the house and his foster, who is working to help him beef up his weight and working on his grooming. The lil guy still had a sheen from being around so many cars. He has been tested, neutered, vaccinated and is now fully enjoying indoor life. He's already starting to pickup weight and adores getting cleaned and brushed daily. He would do well as a single cat or with another cat. Anyone interested in our dogs/cats will be required to fill out an adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our dogs/cats will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs), FeLV/FIV tested (cats), microchipped, and current on vaccinations. We do not adopt on a first-come first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on our personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in our homes with us so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval.
