Finally you may be scheduled for a home visit to make sure the environment is perfect for your new family member. Once you are approved, the process is simple: choose your new kitten, meet and greet him or her, and, if all goes well, you have yourself a new pet. (All kittens will be spayed or neutered at 12 weeks before going to their new home.)
