For The Cats' Sake Hermione can be a bit timid at first but quickly warms up to her person. Her favorite way to greet her person is to roll around with joy. She is super lovey and low energy. Her preferred home would be a quiet apartment with no other animals (although she tolerates the 4 cats and small dog at her foster home). She is happiest in a small space with a special person to love. Could you be Hermione’s cuddly companion? On average, we spend at least $125 to cover foster care, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed. We ask that you cover as much of the $125 as you can afford, and set a minimum donation at $50. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. Potential adopters are encouraged to visit the cats/kittens in their foster homes so they see them in a comfortable situation. In many instances a volunteer will deliver the cat/kitten to their new home to assist the family in preparing their home getting the adoption off to a good start.
