Godiva is a sweet and stunning young lady. It is shocking (and sad for us) that she is still in our care - over a year from intake. She is very gentle, playful and did we say gorgeous!? All we can think is because she is so shy that when she comes out to events she completely "shuts down" and just lays on her shelf waiting to be able to go back to her foster home where she feels safe and loved. Many of our adoptable kittens and cats will be featured at our various adoption events held every Saturday - you can find that calendar at murphyslawrescue.org or you can email us at XXXX@gmail.com for information. In home meet and greets in the foster home are available for preapproved adopters - if you would like to become preapproved and have a private in home meet and greet with adoption opportunity you may do so at this link - https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/37454/generic##1426524##Adoption processWe are fluid and so long as the needs and safety of the animal comes first we are adaptive to environmental needs.Shelter locationWe offer meet and greet appointments for all pets in our care once they are a minimum of 8 weeks old. If they are not yet spayed/neutered they would not be eligible to go home to their new family until they have had that procedure and a minimum of 48 hours have passed in our care. All details will be communicated regularly throughout the entire process to ensure that it remains pleasant and stress free for both the animal in question as well as the loving new family wishing to welcome them into their home.
