After years of trying to get our cats to get along, my partner and I are unfortunately faced with the difficult decision to try rehoming one of our cats, Geralt. He is a sweet, friendly cat that loves to snuggle and purr in your lap. He loves playing and chasing string toys. One of his favorite things to do is nap on cat trees in the sun or watch birds from a window. Unfortunately, he needs to be the only cat (and possibly pet) in the house because he can be fearful and territorial which has led to him attacking our other cat and spraying around the house in the past. We are hoping to find someone who is patient enough to give him a second chance and a more calm, appropriate environment to happily live in. Indoor cat only. This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. To help our potential adopters learn more about the cat(s), we encourage them to first contact and discuss with the foster family if it might be a good fit. Potential adopters must submit an adoption application for review and evaluation. We require that adopted cats be mainly indoor cats and no declawing is allowed. Adopters must be over 21 years old and sign a contract that lists out his/her responsibility as the cat's owner.
