At approximately 2 years old, Floss is neutered, up to date on his annual vaccines, and receives monthly parasite prevention, ensuring his health and happiness. Floss is seeking an adopter committed to keeping him medically up to date for life, providing him with the care and attention he deserves. He requires slow introductions to new environments, cats, and people, but with patience and understanding, he's sure to become a cherished companion. While he hasn't encountered dogs or children yet, Floss may adapt well to respectful ones given a gradual introduction. He thrives in a calm and secure environment, needing someone willing to take the time to help him feel comfortable and safe. Once he warms up, Floss is friendly and affectionate, eagerly engaging in playtime with wand toys, jingle balls, and the occasional catnip or silvervine stick. He's incredibly friendly once he feels secure, ready to form a bond filled with love and trust. We simply ask that you meet the pet in person before adoption. We have adoption specialists that will help you find the right pet for your family. Adoption CenterThe Adoption Center is located at 7500 N. Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. Our Adoption Center is a totally new concept in Oklahoma City where dogs have comfortable, expanded kennels and cats stay in “living rooms” with furniture and toys. Pets by AppointmentSome amazing dogs get stressed out in a kennel environment like our Adoption Center, and much prefer staying at their foster home until they find their new family. If you see a dog on our website that says “E-Mail to Meet Me” that means that this furry friend is just a click away from getting a ride to the Adoption Center to meet you in person. Adoption FeesAdult dogs are $150 to adopt, puppies are $200 to adopt, adult cats are $75 to adopt and kittens are $95 to adopt. All of our pets are microchipped, spayed or neutered, treated with all age-appropriate vaccinations and flea, tick, and heartworm preventative prior to being cleared for adoption, so we put a lot of effort and monetary investment into each of our animals including a two-week quarantine period in a foster home.
