Eno has always been a very sweet and loving fuller figured orange boy. He is a bit shy and slow to adjust to new situations, but once he does he seems to find his element and is good at relaxing and sitting by his human’s side. He is not the type of cat that will come and sit on your lap but is happy to hang out from a close distance. He has been very loving with a few of his previous cat friends, but bullying with others. His playing style is sometimes to be swatty/bitey (usually not hard but not always) and so he would be good with someone who is ok with that being his normal behavior. He loves treat time but hasn’t been too interested in toys. Eno has been loved by several people now and just needs to find a home where he can live out the last of his senior years in peace. He does NOT like to be held or carried! Eno has boundaries, and that's OK!Eno has had a recent wellness exam and is a healthy guy.Eno is neutered and up-to-date on shots. Please email XXXX@kittykind.org to apply.Adoption processAll cats and kittens are vaccinated and tested for FELV (feline leukemia) and FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), and if old enough, are neutered or spayed.We will ask you some questions about your home and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have. Adopting a pet is a long-term commitment. We ask you to sign the KittyKind Adoption Agreement.We will always take a cat back FOR ANY REASON. We will also work with you to place her in another good home if (after a period of adjustment) the adoption doesn't work out. We do ask for a $125 adoption fee to help cover some of our food and veterinary expenses. For certain purebred cats (Siamese, Persian, Maine Coon, etc.), we request a $150 - $300 adoption fee.Shelter locationVisit KittyKind at Petco Union Square at the corner of 17th Street and Broadway in Manhattan.KittyKind representative is always at Petco at the following times:Monday to Friday: 6 PM - 9 PMSaturday: 1 PM - 9 PMSunday: 1 PM - 6 PM
