~Foster to Adopt~Hello Lovely Folks, I'm Elsa, a gorgeous calico gal with beautiful speckled eyes and adorable nose freckles! My coat is brown, cream and caramel-- I've been told I look like a wonderful ice-cream sundae (tee hee!) and am just as sweet! I am a social, lap cat: as soon as you sit down, I will approach you and politely ask for pets. I love to be petted everywhere, but especially on my head, chin and behind my ears. Pretty soon, you will hear me purring as we settle in for some wonderful cuddling time. I'm very relaxed and gentle. I'm 9 ½ years old and do need to be your only cat and in a quiet, stress-free environment. So please no super loud music, lots of folks coming and going, etc. I prefer quiet and calm. In return, I will give you my loving, gentle self for all the years of my life! I am on a special diet to ensure I don't develop urinary issues (note: I don't have them). I tolerate this diet just fine and have no medical needs. I was returned to MaxFund through no fault of my own: after many years together, my guardian was experiencing declining health. I'm very grateful for the time we had and am now looking forward to my fur-ever home! Won't you please come meet me? I'll be waiting for you! Adoption processOur adoption fees are as follows:Kittens up to six months are $100Cats seven months to seven years are $75Senior cats eight years and older are $50FIV+ and FELV cats up to 7 years $25FIV+ and FELV+ cats 8 years and up $15Puppies under the age of six months are $200Dogs over six months and under eight years are $125Dogs over eight years of age are $75 All animals come spayed/neutered, are current on vaccinations including rabies, and have been micro-chipped prior to adoption. The application process can take several days, depending on how long it takes us to get in contact with your references, your landlord, and your veterinarian. Once your application has been approved we will call you and let you know, and set up an approximate pick up time and date. This can take several days, so please be patient.
