Hi, my name is Croft! A nice cat lady TNR’d me a couple of years ago; at the time I was too feral to come indoors, but I kept coming back to her house for food. Recently, I started letting people pet me, and one day I let someone pick me up and carry me right into the nice lady’s house! I was soooo happy to be inside, I immediately started making biscuits and could not get enough of being petted and loved on. I am a VERY chatty boy, and I’ll have long and expressive conversations with you! I really don’t enjoy being alone (I had more than enough me time outside, thanks!) If you’re looking for a kitty who will be your shadow and stick close by your side, I’m your guy! I will do best in a home with another kitty friend or two, and/or with people who are home often. I am a super affectionate boy who will need a lot of interaction, snuggles and play time. I am so appreciative of being off the streets, I will shower you with love every day to say thank you for giving me a home! I LOVE food, especially anything with gravy. I am on a mostly wet food diet, and some supplements to keep my immune system healthy. That’s because I’m also FIV+, but please don’t let that deter you! I can still live a long, full, healthy life! It also means it’s even more important for me to be a strictly INDOOR kitty from now on! If you’re interested in adopting me but scared about the FIV, my people would be happy to talk with you and answer any questions you might have! I don’t know for sure how I am with dogs, but I had one brief encounter with the nice lady’s dog and I got pretty scared. So I’m guessing I’m not a huge fan, but I might be okay with a really calm, gentle dog, with proper introductions. I really like other cats, and I think I’d be okay in a home with kids as long as they are gentle and calm with me!
