I am an affectionate lady who is equally independent. I would do best in a multi-cat household. I will give you cuddles but also am content to watch birds or take a sun nap. I had a rough start but am happy now. I came in with my litter of kittens when I was a whole 8 months old. Unfortunately, all of my babies passed. I stopped eating & was teeny tiny. 9 Lives took me in & put some weight on me. Now, I prefer to keep the other cats on the straight & narrow & love on my foster parents. This decision is based on studies that have found that only about 4% of cats are actually infected. The funds for testing are better utilized for our spay and neuter efforts of owned and community cats in order to save the most cats. However, testing can be performed upon request and need to be covered by the person interested in adopting. 9 Lives Cats have been spayed or neutered and have updated vaccinations. 9 Lives is run entirely on volunteers.
