*To meet or adopt Chamomile & Rosehip, please come visit them in our Adoption Room! We're open 12-5pm weekends and we're located behind Beastie Bestie at 751 Franklin Ave. We are not able to reply to DMs, emails or inquiries made through 3rd party pet adoption websites.*Age: young adults, approximately 1 & 2 years old*Temperament: shy at first, but gentle & affectionate once they are comfortable*Chamomile and Rosehip are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.*Special needs: Chamomile & Rosehip are FIV+, therefore their adoption fee is reduced to $150 each! Cats with FIV can live long, healthy lives - read more about it below. Chamomile (torbie) & Rosehip (ticked & striped tabby) were abandoned on Park Place along with their siblings Hibiscus, Rooibos, Bustelo, and Matcha. All 6 are now available for adoption in our Adoption Room!Chamomile (aka Cammy) is shy, but loves Churus and attention. Once she's comfortable with you, the rewards are great! You can pat her and she purrs. Loves a butt scratch. She's very close to Rosehip who we believe is her daughter. Cammy may in fact be mama to all of the kitties from this location.Rosehip (aka Rosy) is a little shy at first but she comes around quickly and is the absolute SWEETEST. She is very gentle and very loving! She's sweet, not super social or outgoing, but interested in & curious about what people are doing. She'll flirt a little, roll over, and loves gentle attention. Chamomile & Rosehip are FIV+. FIV is a common virus that can affect a cat's immune system. Cats may never show symptoms, and can live a long and normal life span with lots of good care & love! FIV is transmitted through bites that draw blood, so there is a low risk of transmission, however we recommend that FIV+ cats not be commingled with other kitties unless they too are FIV+. Cammy & Rosy are currently asymptomatic and their medical records and appearance indicate that they're healthy! To meet or adopt Cammy & Rosy, please come visit them in our Adoption Room! We're open weekends 12-5pm and we're located behind Beastie Bestie at 751 Franklin Ave.----------GOOD HOME is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. All of our cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, SNAP tested and microchipped. Our adoption process includes an application, a friendly conversation, a quick home check, a contract and an adoption fee of $250 per cat (which helps us cover veterinary care) and $150 for seniors or cats with manageable illnesses. The fee is $25 for FeLV+ or cats that require especially high levels of ongoing care.
