Cassia was a tiny, underweight kitten dropped off at Miami-Dade Animal Services and she obviously had an upper respiratory infection. Lady Luck Animal Rescue picked her up and brought her directly to Pet Emergency Center, where it was determined that she had pneumonia. She weighed only .8 pounds and we weren’t sure she was going to make it through the night. But with medication, lots of good food, Cassia is now a happy, healthy, and affectionate lovebug who will melt your heart. She enjoys running around the house and playing with other kittens, but is also content chasing toys on her own. When she’s done playing, she will come lay beside you, or more likely, curl up in your lap and go to sleep. Cassia is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, fecal tested negative, dewormed, and vaccinated. She is litter box trained. Cassia is being fostered in Pompano Beach, FL.
