Say hello to Buster!He is a 3 year old cat who has a heart of gold! He is an adorable and affectionate cat who absolutely loves attention. In his foster home he has been doing great and is an avid snuggler. He is a great combination of playful and laid-back and definitely knows how to wind down after a play session. Buster is eager to give you all of his love and wants to be wherever you are. He shows potential to live in a home with other cats if they're a good fit. Buster is an adorable guy who deserves his chance at a forever home. If Buster catches your eye, give us a call at 330-487-XXXX ext 226 to learn more about him and schedule a time to come in and meet!Adoption processAll of our adoptable animals are up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, de-wormed, de-flea and microchipped before adoptions are finalized. All dogs over six months of age receive a temperament assessment by our Certified Professional Dog Trainer to ensure appropriate placement. Also, many animals in our care receive basic obedience training to improve manners and increase adoptability. We are currently doing adoptions by appointment only. They will review our adoption process, answer any questions, and tell you more about the animals currently available for adoption at our shelter and in our foster program. Adoption Fees:Dogs6 months or under: $1756 months to 5 years: $1256 years or older (or special needs): $50 Cats6 months or under: $75 (or two kittens for $100)6 months to 5 years: $506 years or older (or special needs): $20 Senior to Senior Program: For adopters age 60 or older, adoption fees are reduced to $15 if the animal is 3 years or older. This service is made possible through the Pets for the Elderly Foundation. You will be asked to provide proof of age. Veteran Pet Program: Veterans and active military personnel receive 25% off of adoption fees. Valid military ID is required.Shelter locationWe are currently doing adoptions by appointment only.
