Bossy, playful, frisky, daring, cuteOur Adoption Fees are: Cats & Kittens: $ 175.00 Puppies (under 12 months): $250.00Dogs (over 12 months): $225.00PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: A $75 training deposit is applicable to any and all dogs who are expected to be or are currently larger than 25 pounds. This deposit is in addition to standard adoption fees. The training deposit of $75 will be refunded if the adopter and the adopted animal successfully complete a basic obedience class within 6 months of adoption AND provide a copy of the certificate to Valley Animal Haven.* Adoption Fees are subject to change; please email for additional information or questions.Adoption processCouture Canines (Designer Dogs or Purebred Dogs): $ 300.00Puppies (12 Months & Under): $ 225.00Dogs (Older than 12 Months): $ 200.00Dogs at Rescue over 6 Months: $ 125.00 Couture Kittens (Specialty Breeds): $ 150.00Cats & Kittens: $ 125.00Cats at Rescue over 6 Months: $ 75.00 * Adoption Fees may be subject to change A Training Contract Fee of $75.00 is charged to ensure our medium and large breed dogs attend basic obedience training. The $75.00 fee is refunded upon successful completion of the training and a certificate of completion is provided to the Rescue We require a pre-adoption application for us to review prior to approval of an adoption. Home inspections may be required. If you have a dog that is living in the home, we highly encourage a meet and greet with the dog you are interested in at the shelter. This is a good way to see how they interact in a controlled and neutral location. If you rent a home or apartment, we need verification from the landlord that you can have a pet there. This can be a phone call, email or show that you have paid a pet deposit.Shelter locationWe are located at 990 E. D Street in Lemoore, CA.Our adoption hours are 11am-4pm Friday and Saturday (no appt. needed). We are an adoption Partner at Petsmart in Hanford and we feature cats and kittens daily at that location. We participate at adoption events including the National Adoption Weekends at Petsmart in Hanford.
