Ariel has absolutely stunning colors. She loves to hang out by the windows and watch birds. The Beach gang is a litter that was living under someone's deck. It seems that they did have quite a few bad experiences before getting rescued and all are quite timid around people. With us just placing a cat in an unknown situation quite a few cats get super anxious and decide to hide and observe the new place and family from relative safety. To help the cat accept you and develop a loving bond, you would need to put in some effort, loving care, and patience. We think that Ariel will adjust in 6 to 9 weeks. You would need to keep her in one small room (preferably your bedroom) and spend time just sitting, talking or even singing to her. We require an adoption application, telephone interview and home visit. There is 4-6 weeks period of acclimatization and if all works well we finalize adoption and sign adoption contractWe ask for $95 for adult cats and $125 for kittensShelter locationAll meetings are by appointment. We can bring cats to your place or you can meet them at fosters home. We often do adoption events with other groups or on our own.
