Say hello to Archmage!Archmage is a shy lady that has really warmed up well to life in the shelter! She is a sensitive little lady that may thrive in a lower traffic environment where she can take her time warming up. Once she is warmed up, she is such a little love-bug! She loves to be pet and to be showered in your attention. If you're looking for a very sweet companion, please reach out to us at 330-487-XXXX ext. 226!Adoption processAll of our adoptable animals are up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, de-wormed, de-flea and microchipped before adoptions are finalized. All dogs over six months of age receive a temperament assessment by our Certified Professional Dog Trainer to ensure appropriate placement. Also, many animals in our care receive basic obedience training to improve manners and increase adoptability. We are currently doing adoptions by appointment only. They will review our adoption process, answer any questions, and tell you more about the animals currently available for adoption at our shelter and in our foster program. Adoption Fees:Dogs6 months or under: $1756 months to 5 years: $1256 years or older (or special needs): $50 Cats6 months or under: $75 (or two kittens for $100)6 months to 5 years: $506 years or older (or special needs): $20 Senior to Senior Program: For adopters age 60 or older, adoption fees are reduced to $15 if the animal is 3 years or older. This service is made possible through the Pets for the Elderly Foundation. You will be asked to provide proof of age. Veteran Pet Program: Veterans and active military personnel receive 25% off of adoption fees. Valid military ID is required.Shelter locationWe are currently doing adoptions by appointment only.
