**FeLV positive** Hi meet April! Named after the month she found her way into our rescue. She is a young female cat looking for her forever home. April is very loving! Constantly wants belly rubs and pets on her head. She does well with other cats but is a little cautious of dogs. April will be ready for adoption at the end of the month. She will be spayed & vaccinated. April is fully litter trained. April is FeLV positive so we suggest she be either an only cat home or in a home with only other FeLV positive cats. Once your application is completed, please be patient. The application is processed by one of our volunteers who will email you back within a day to confirm that we received your application. The volunteer will then check with your veterinarian to make sure that all of your pets are/were up-to-date on their vaccines, spayed/neutered, and on heartworm prevention. The volunteer will call you to talk with you more about the pet that you are interested in adopting, and to make sure that you are a good fit. After everything checks out, we can set up a meet and greet with the dog or cat you are interested in adopting. Please only apply to adopt one of our rescued pets if you are willing and able to make a lifetime commitment to a pet. We give the highest quality of care to all of our fosters, and we have adoption requirements in place to make sure that all of our dogs and cats go to loving homes. We work very closely to match you with the right new family member. All dogs and cats are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption fees are non-refundable. We require that you are at least 21-years-old and that you live in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Michigan to adopt one of our rescued pets.
