My name is Whisper I am a 2 year old Beauty with so much to give my next owner. I'm a little shy in the beginning and need a patient person who will build up my trust in them. I was adopted out in 2021, but this past winter I was trapped outside on the streets after my family couldn't keep me any longer. I love attention and show affection at my own pace! I live with my foster mom and dad and 6 little kittens whom I love to nurture and mother when my foster mom can't do it. When you adopt you get a copy of our internal tracking document showing all vet work completed for the cat, which you can give to your vet as a record for the cat's ongoing care. Adoption Fees:• $130 - Kittens up to one year of age• $100 - For cats over one year and up to 7 years of age• $70 - For cats 7 years of age and over.All fees are subject to Pennsylvania's 6% sales tax and a minimum of $5 or 5% service fee.Fees for cats with special needs will be determined based upon circumstances and may result in a fee reduction.
