Adopt Violet a Gray or Blue Domestic Mediumhair cat in Philadelphia

I have been fostering her for 6 months and she has come out of her shell a lot! She is very scared when she's in a new environment, but with a lot of patience and Churu (or any other wet food), she becomes a different cat. Even though she was quite scared for her first 4 months with me, she never bit or scratched me, but did firmly tell me when she was uncomfortable with some hissing. After we got over the initial hump together though, she's been nothing but a purr machine when she's rubbed and loves being scratched from head to tail. She gives the tiniest of meows when she wants you to feed her and will make sure you know she's hungry by rubbing herself on the things around you. She loves to hang out in enclosed spaces as those make her feel safe, like her little house pictured! She also loves a nice carpet or blanket to take naps on. While she's still a bit fearful of humans (and loud noises), she's a sweet cat that would make a great addition to your family. She's lived with another cat, a dog, and 3 adults while she's been with me.
