*This is a courtesy listing.* Meet Veronica! Beautiful 15-year-old Veronica (nicknamed Poof) needs a loving new home. She was adopted as a kitten by her owner, and they have been together ever since. Sadly, her owner is moving and can't take her along. Her owner explains: "I can no longer financially make it in San Diego, so I am moving in with relatives who do not want a cat. (One has allergies, the other already has dogs.) Veronica is sweet and very healthy, so I cannot bring her to a shelter. Most likely, a black senior cat would be euthanized right away. I would love for her to find a safe, loving home for the rest of her years." Veronica is described by her mom as "very shy at first, but she warms ups to people. She loves to be close to me no matter where I go in the condo. Veronica has slowed down some, and she basically likes to sleep and hang out on the couch with me. She also loves to sleep on the bed next to me at night. Veronica tolerates other cats. She prefers to be the "Alpha" cat, but she's been okay with other kitties after awhile. Veronica uses a litter box with no problems."
