Meet Tommy! From hoarder house scaredy-cat to affection-craving bundle of love! Tommy, a 2-3 year old handsome stud, absolutely loves attention and long petting sessions. He has an extra loud purring motor that can go into high gear. Just add love! A curious cat who loves to watch you as you work, Tommy thoroughly enjoys being close to his trusted family. He sees himself as your true partner: When it’s TV time, he’ll lay by your side (although he’ll keep his opinion to himself as to your choice of programming) and he’ll join you on the bed at sleep time. (He loves going under the covers!) Mealtime? Well, Tommy is a breakfast AND dinner kind of cat. As he has gotten used to people again, his kitten energy has been reinvigorated, and he has begun to play more and more with toys. Some of his favorite hobbies are batting around balls or pens, neck scratches, purring, and watching from afar. When he wants attention, he’ll gently tap you with his paw on your shoulder to let you know it’s time for petting! When scared, Tommy lowers his ears and makes the saddest face … it’s adorable and you can’t help but give him reassurance! While he still takes every step cautiously as he learns to trust people again, once you have his heart you will have the most wonderful, loyal, and affectionate cat possible.
