Hello! My name is Teddy. I was found outside, and very obviously abandoned. A cat like me does not belong on the streets nor outdoors in any way, yet someone dumped me outside. The scratches on my face show that I had to defend myself while I was out there. It can be a hot and cruel world. I showed up on someone's driveway one day. All I wanted was to get back in a house where I would be safe. It looked like a nice place so I jumped up in the window casting wish upon wish that someone would let me in. Thankfully, I was rescued and brought to Foothills for shelter and safety, in hopes I would find a new home where I wouldn't be thrown away again. My stunning good looks isn't my only adorable quality. I'm also very sweet with people. Right now, I am still very guarded around other cats and have a wide boundary, mostly because out on the streets, I had to toughen up to protect myself and I learned not to trust other cats too quickly. I'm looking for a home where I'll be loved, safe, sheltered from danger, and valued for the charming spirit and soulful cat that I am. Can you imagine what it'll be like if you bring me into your home? You wake up to this handsome face, knowing you were the one who gave me hope and turned my life around? I will reciprocate your patience for me to come around, with love and affection. I may become one of the best friends you could ever ask for.
