My name is Sweet Pea - I'm a petite one-year old female Tortie! I was found in a community of neighborhood cats - clearly wanting to be rescued!Yet, I seem to be getting overlooked at adoptions and online so I decided to share more about ME. I am a playful and affectionate cat that enjoys pets and loves people! I'm a 'sweet-talker' and will "chirp" to greet you when you come home or anytime you'd like to have a conversation - I'm all-in! My favorite toys are turkey feathers and fishing pole interactive toys as I adore sharing time with people. My favorite treats are Temptations - but isn't that true of every cat! My foster mom says I am highly adaptable - not shy or scared. I settled in quite nicely in her home - coming right out to greet visitors and inviting them to pet me. I am a little cautious around dogs at first but have fallen in love with my foster canine. I tolerate cats yet prefer to be the only feline in the family. As is common with young Torties I can be a bit frisky when overstimulated but not in a mean way - just gentle play bites and occasional paw swipe. I would love to find my forever home - maybe that's you? I will be a sweet addition to your family and an affectionate companion - bringing joy and smiles as we share our life together!
