Starfire was seized as part of a neglect investigation. The animal control agency didn't really deal much with cats, but they were able to find homes for most of these. Starfire and two others were unplaced, and endangered. This lovely lady was estimated to be a senior, which was the only reason for the trouble finding her a home; she was amazingly tame and cuddlesome. We took her to two other vets, who themselves disagreed on her age: one said 1 1/2, the other 4 years. Whatever her age, she is a sweetie. She came in with an upper respiratory infection which, after many courses of different antibiotics, seems to be chronic.
