Meet Smoky, a short-haired Russian blue mix male kitten about 5.5 to 6 months old (DOB about 4/1/23). He and his littermates, Sequoia, Zion, and Bryce, are known as the national park kittens. They were somewhat feral when they were turned into the city shelter but young enough to accept some convincing that the cushy pet life is better. Still, they will need patience when they move into their forever home, but they are so worth it! Smokey is VERY playful and active. He loves to play with toys or other cats and is never bored. He gets along well with other cats, and we think he'd be great with dogs and kids. He's negative for feline leukemia and aids, had all three distemper and the rabies vaccine, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked, microchipped, and neutered. Preference will be given to adopters who have a young playmate/companion for the kitten. We typically do not adopt kittens less than 6 months old to homes where they will be a solo pet.
