This poor guy was found emaciated, with hair loss, a cut off tail, a blind eye and liquid diarrhea. He has gotten somewhat better, but this has caused him to be incontinent. He cannot control where or when he goes, so usually he goes where he is laying down. He is special needs and needs a home able to care for him, hopefully someone who is able to express his bladder on a regular basis.
