My name is Scarlet and I am the perfect companion. I take a while to warm up to new places and people, but once I trust you nothing will be able to sever our bond. I like to be near my person, and I will follow my foster around the house and rub up against her legs when she is getting ready. When she is at home, I’ll sit or lay right by her so she can pet me and occasionally mew if she isn’t petting me enough. I am not a lap kitty, but I still like to be next to my person so they will know that I care, and that means that you won’t have to guard your laptop keyboard when petting me! While I am a pretty chill adult, I will sometimes play if you move a toy wand or if one of my toys looks at me the wrong way and needs to be taught a lesson. I would do better in a home with fewer people, no other pets, and no small children, as I need a quieter space where I can feel safe enough to let my true loving self shine through.
