Sassy (also known as Lena due to her hyena stripe) is the energetic grandma you hope to be. Athletic headband? Stylish sneakers? Power walk? Check, check, check. Although shy at first, Sassy is enduringly sweet, curious and a little bit of a meddler (hence the name). Once she warms up to you she'll be sitting on your lap while you read a book or sleeping on your legs while you take a nap. Don't expect her to just sit on the sidelines while you cook or work on that newfangled laptop of your's-- this lady knows what she wants, and if it's a cuddle or that other tuna medley, she's going for it! Of course, everything goes on hold if there's a nice patch of sunshine (perfect for afternoon naps) or if the nighttime zoomies call her name. Sassy does request a furever home without other animals so that she can soak up ALL that sunshine--and hey, she deserves it. Stop in to adopt Sassy today!
