Rascal is a handsome little guy who was found under a car in a local neighborhood. His finder checked him for a microchip and placed on local sights to see if he was lost, but no one claimed him. He was clean and healthy, but definately wants to be an indoor kitty from now on. He came into care of Loving Care the end of June.Rascal is an absolute love bug and loves his people. He is very vocal and enjoys playing with toys. He loves to tell you all about what is happening around the house and follow you around. He is currently living at a foster home in New Cumberland with 3 dogs and other foster kitties. He loves the other kitties to play with and is learning the dogs are not so scary. Rascals adoption donation is 90.00 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter/spay.
