Percy and another cat were surrendered to the shelter on 7/6/2023. The family had a lot of stray cats show up and needed to get rid of some. Percy is a cute tabby and white cat that is around a year old. He is a little shy but a sweet kitty. He is now neutered and up to date on vaccines.
